#1 For Country got to see Garth Brooks take the stage last night at the iconic Notre Dame, making it the first concert in 88 years! Rain, snow, and winds didn’t stop 84,000 fans from seeing Garth perform and entertain!  The concert was filmed and will be broadcasted on CBS Dec. 2. Although there were some disruptions with filming (some portions had to be filmed 3 or 4 times) it didn’t bother Garth or the crowd.

Garth’s performance and vocals were fantastic despite the weather and the delays. He was entertaining and reminded his audience why they love him. Some of the highlights of the show were when he performed, “Night Moves”, and the acoustic requests at the end.

Near the end of the 2-1/2 hour show, he thanked Notre Dame for making the night feel like “a home game” for his cast and crew.
