In the first 2 years of his new fitness lifestyle, Tim lost 40lbs, but mentions that it was unintentional. He was more into adopting a holistic approach to his mental and physical health!

Tim’s upcoming book will share his exercise tips and his own approach to fitness. He wants to include his own philosophy that each person needs to create an individual vision for what they hope to get out of exercise and healthy living.
