Brett Eldredge was on stage at the SNHU Arena in Manchester, New Hampshire, when he noticed a young fan with a sign! The sign said: “Kickn’ Cancers Ass … & tonight I’m fallin’ in love to the beat of the music.”

He saw the sign as he reached out to the crowd and invited the young cancer survivor on stage! They danced and twirled and shared a tear or two!
